What happens if my item does not fit into my building?
If an item you purchased does not fit in your apartment, but the dimensions in the listing are accurate, we will proceed with completing the sale. Since sales are final, you cannot return the item, but you will have the choice of either keeping the item or sending the item to our storage facility and re-selling it on our site. We can also connect you to specialized contractors that handle more extensive disassembly.
In the case that you want to re-sell the item you purchased, we’re happy to waive the selling fees as part of our Money-Back Guarantee. Keep in mind, you'll have to keep the item until the item re-sells. Otherwise, we can store the item for a maximum of 30 days while it resells.

If you’re getting an item delivered through our white glove delivery partner, and the dimensions in the listing are accurate to the item, you will have the choice of either keeping the item or sending the item to another location for delivery.
