As a seller, when you confirm your purchase request, the buyer stops their search for the perfect piece. They have already waited up to 36 hours to make sure that they are going to receive your furniture. Our goal is to ensure all listings on our marketplace are available and ready to be sold. The reason is that buyers spend a lot of time searching for the perfect item and it can be pretty disappointing when their purchase request gets cancelled. This creates a very poor experience for the buyer and makes them very reluctant to use AptDeco in the future, which affects everyone.

If an item is no longer available, we recommend unpublishing your listing so it's not available for purchase. You can always reactivate the listing if it becomes available again at a later date!
