Time windows
There are many time windows to choose from. Customers must be available during the entire window in order for us to pick up and deliver items on schedule. Depending on already scheduled pickups & deliveries, some of the windows might not be available on your selected pickup/delivery days.
8:00am - 12:00pm
9:00am - 1:00pm
11:00am - 3:00pm
1:00pm - 5:00pm
3:00pm - 7:00pm
4:00pm - 8:00pm
This schedule helps us ensure that delivery costs are kept at an affordable price for our users.
Our delivery team will notify customers via text when they're on their way, approximately 15 - 45 minutes before arriving.
