Unfortunately, we cannot provide a shortened time window as it's a promise we can't keep. Our delivery team is conducting multiple pickups/deliveries that day and must account for other delaying factors [ex. traffic]. 

If you are not available for the entirety of your window, we suggest that you ask a friend, neighbor, or member of building staff to help cover a part of the window just in case. In addition, we're happy to leave smaller items with your doorman (if that's ok with you)!

Our delivery team notifies customers 15 - 45 minutes in advance before arrival via text, which should help you to plan appropriately.
