I've sold an item. What's next?
Congratulations! Once a buyer purchases your item, your furniture will be marked as ‘Sold/Expired.’ We’ll send you alerts via email and SMS asking you to confirm your sale.
Once you confirm, if the sale falls under our Standard service zone, you’ll need to choose one of the buyer’s delivery dates or propose new ones. Remember, typically the pickup and delivery happens on the same day, so it’s important to give a few feasible options.
If the buyer chooses self-pickup and is picking it up themselves, we’ll send each of you the necessary contact information via email so you can coordinate directly.
Alternatively, if you’re getting an item picked up through our white glove delivery partner, the carrier will contact you directly to schedule your pickup. If you’re having trouble contacting your carrier, please email our team at hello@aptdeco.com and we’ll be happy to help connect you!
