How does pickup & delivery with the white glove delivery partner work?


For extended service zone orders, pickup/delivery will likely occur within 2-6 weeks from the order date. Once the order is confirmed, we will create a shipment for the item and work to get this assigned to one of our delivery partners. When the shipment has been assigned, we provide the shipment tracking details as well as their contact information to you via email.

The timelines provided on the shipment will be estimates provided by the carrier based on their routes and their expected timeframe to be in your area. They will contact you via phone/text to arrange a pickup/delivery date that works for you. Please note, that they are typically running on a tight schedule, so it’s important to be responsive to these messages.
