How do I contact the white glove delivery partner?


Once the shipment of your item is assigned to one of our delivery partners, you will receive an automated email from us with the details of your shipment. This email will include a tracking link with the carrier’s estimated windows for pickup and delivery and the carrier’s contact information.

Carriers typically travel cross-country while managing multiple shipments. They normally reach out about 24-48 hours prior to their arrival to coordinate with you for a date/time that works. While they may not be able to urgently reply to inquiries, we can typically expect them to reply within 2 business days.
