How and when do I get paid?

48 hours after your order is successfully delivered, your payout will be available in the Balances section of your dashboard . From there, you can transfer your earnings to your linked bank account or debit card. Please note that transfers typically take 2–5 business days to arrive.

We use Stripe as our payment provider, a service also used by thousands of other businesses, small and large. Through Stripe, your information is kept confidential and is only used for transferring your earnings to your account. We can only pay out to a bank account or debit card via direct deposit.

To get paid, please make sure you've told us where you would like your payment to be sent by going to My Account and selecting Payout Preferences from the dropdown menu.

If you don’t receive your payment within 2-5 business days of the balance transfer, please email us at hello@aptdeco.com and we’ll be happy to look into this for you.
