Does AptDeco provide an ETA for pickups/deliveries?
Once you confirm a pickup or delivery window, it's important that you're available throughout the entire window. We cannot provide shortened time windows as our delivery team conducts multiple pickups and deliveries throughout the day. However, you will receive an ETA on the morning of your pickup which should give you a realistic timeline of when our delivery team will arrive. In addition, our team will contact you via text once they are on the way to you—usually about 15 - 45 minutes before arrival.
If you are getting an item picked up or delivered by our white glove delivery partner, the carrier will reach out via call/text to arrange a time window that works best for you.
Customers must be available throughout the entire window they selected in order for us to pick up and deliver items on schedule.
