AptDeco has partnered with Peloton Repowered to provide delivery services for items bought or sold through Peloton Repowered. If you have opted for delivery, AptDeco will handle the pickup and delivery of your item.
Q: How will I be notified about my delivery schedule?
A: You will receive an email from peloton@aptdeco.com containing your estimated pickup and delivery dates and times. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folders for this email.
Q: How can I reschedule my pickup or delivery?
A: To reschedule, please contact AptDeco at peloton@aptdeco.com. Be aware that last-minute rescheduling requests may be subject to a re-delivery fee.
Q: What should I expect on the day of pickup or delivery?
A: On the scheduled day, the delivery team will send you a text message 15 to 45 minutes before their arrival. This message will include a GPS link to help you track their location and estimated arrival time.
Q: Can I provide special instructions for my delivery?
A: Yes, you can provide special instructions by contacting AptDeco at peloton@aptdeco.com. Examples include access details like "The doorman will let you up to my apartment" or "My roommate will be home to assist."
Q: What if I miss the scheduled delivery?
A: If the delivery team arrives and cannot reach you or are denied entry, they will notify the dispatcher. AptDeco will attempt to reschedule the delivery with you via email. However, if you are unavailable during the agreed-upon window, you may be responsible for paying a storage fee plus an additional delivery fee for re-delivery.
Q: Is the delivery service insured?
A: Yes, AptDeco's delivery service is fully insured. If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), you can request one by completing the COI form provided by AptDeco in advance of your delivery date.
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has already been picked up, cancellation may not be possible.
